Dear Bride-to-be,

Feeling overwhelmed? Not surprising, you have so many wedding decisions to make, everyone has an opinion & it is expensive! Add this to the expectation that your wedding day should be the best & happiest day of your life. It's suddenly easy to see why many brides like you begin to feel overwhelmed.

But honest truth, I hope for you that it is not the best, happiest & single most perfect day of your life. Not because I don't want you to have a amazing day filled with love & laughter, of course I do! But I want you to remember that your wedding day simply marks the start of the next exciting chapter in your life.

Your wedding day is day one of your marriage & I hope for you that you have many more 'best', 'happiest' & 'perfect' days to come.

On our wedding day my now husband gave me a picture frame containing a quote 'grow old with me, the best is yet to be'. Your wedding day is a special day but it is only a day & I hope for you that the 'best is yet to be'. I hope you have a long happy marriage filled with many perfect days & that your wedding day marks the start of the next exciting chapter in your love story.

If you are feeling over whelmed remember that when all is said & done it is just 24 little hours & the most important thing is the marriage you go on to build over the days, weeks & years to come - not how you say ' I do'.
